Ali Baba and the Raiders of the Lost Pyramid

Burnie High School, is very excited to be staging the Tasmanian premiere of the spectacular musical production Ali Baba and the Raiders of the Lost Pyramid.

The show is loosely based upon the original story of Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves. In an exciting twist, however, the script draws upon elements from both the Indianna Jones and Star Wars franchises in a very entertaining way.

Featuring a cast, band and crew of over 160 students, this musical features a whole range of interesting characters, lots of corny gags and represents excellent entertainment for audiences of all ages.

One of the most appealing features of this production is the eclectic musical score that includes songs from artists such as Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, One Direction, Cliff Richard and Metallica.
