Burnie arts is eggcited to invite you to come and join with us to celebrate Easter at The Happy Hoppy Easter Eggstravaganza on Saturday 4 April 2026 to explore what our newly renovated Burnie Arts Building has to offer, create some magical Easter memories , and enjoy some Easter treats on us … and its FREE!

There is something for everyone … face painting , glitter tattoos, Easter crafts, games , photo booth, giant balloon carrots … unicorn and dinosaur racing for the littlies and so much more !

Come in and cuddle the baby animals at the animal nursery .. and then watch our feature family friendly Easter movie  “ Rabbit Academy”  ( rated PG) on our huge LED screen in the Arts Theatre – no bookings required !

It’s about a city rabbit named Max who enlists his friends to save Easter from being taken over by a family of foxes… Max to the rescue !

    Screening times :  10.30am – 11.45am     12pm - 1.15pm     1.30pm – 2.45pm

We hope you can hop in and join us to celebrate our beautiful new Arts Centre getting into the Easter spirit , and everyone gets a free sausage from the BBQ…. including the Easter Bunny !
