Aladdin - Auditions

The Victorian State Ballet's Annual Tasmanian Tour 2026.

Take part in this amazing opportunity to dance along with professional ballerinas in the upcoming performance of Aladdin by Victorian State Ballet.

 We are seeking youth dancers to perform alongside the company in the tour of Aladdin. All dancers need to have a good basic level of classical ballet technique for this production. 

Ages groups -

• 10 to 13 years - Junior group
• 14 to 17 years - intermediate/senior group

Girls - Must wear Ballet leotard, tights, skirt and Ballet shoes. 

Boys - Must wear white t-shirt or male leotard, black tights, black or white ballet shoes with socks. 

Auditions will be on Thursday, 28 May @ 5pm

Rehearsals will be on the same evening, Thursday 28 May 6pm to 8pm 

Successful dancers will need to be available to perform in the production of Aladdin on Wednesday 24 June and Thursday 25 June.
