The bat searchlight has been turned on in Burnie and we want to encourage residents that haven’t been to a Bat night attend our next one with Tassie’s leading Chiropteroligist and Science Educator Dr Lisa Cawthen.

Lisa will start off with a presentation on the fascinating world of bats, then we’ll go exploring the Fern Glade Reserve with bat detectors to discover what bats are hanging around!

Come along to Fern Glade Reserve and discover which bats are in the area with environmental scientist and educator – Dr Lisa Cawthen.
