Ferve ticketing system

Burnie Arts uses the Ferve ticketing system for events across Council-managed arts and cultural venues.

Through tickets.burniearts.net, patrons can browse events, view venue information, and manage their bookings and preferences online.

• Browse Events
  Patrons can view all upcoming Burnie Arts events currently on sale. Each event page includes performance dates and times, ticket prices, seating information (where applicable), and accessibility details.

• View Venues

  Venue pages provide location and venue information, along with a list of upcoming events scheduled at each site. This allows patrons to explore events by venue as well as by date.

• Purchase Tickets

• Account Login:
  An account allows users to view booking history and upcoming events, access purchased tickets, save events to a wishlist, and update personal details.

• Account Main – View account summary
• Edit Details – Update personal information
• Bookings – View past and upcoming bookings
• Tickets  – Access purchased tickets
• Wishlist – Save events for later
• Logout – Securely exit the system
