Versatility plus

The Burnie Arts & Function Centre has a range of functional spaces that can be tailored to your needs. In addition, more than 100 metres of foyer space can be opened up or divided for privacy.

The Town Hall, when used in conjunction with the adjacent Braddon Hall, provides a massive function room of just under 700 square metres, suited to major presentations, comprehensive expos or conference dinners. Smaller ‘breakout’ or training rooms give you full flexibility for seminars and workshops, while the more formal Theatre lends itself to formal presentations by keynote speakers.

IT & other services

The Burnie Arts & Function Centre is well known for its services to business. Several rooms cater perfectly to activities such as meetings, training, workshops, seminars and focus sessions. The complex has a wide range of audio and visual equipment. Internet connectivity is available in all meeting rooms. Telephone lines can also be organised. And of course the Centre’s superb catering services are available. No request too small.

Ideally located

The centre has ample parking. Burnie’s airport is only 15 minutes away, providing a one-hour connection to Melbourne. It is only minutes walk from the beach and along a board walk, to the new Makers’ Workshop and Tourist Information Centre. Additional conference activities can be organised with nearby attractions such as Stanley on the scenic northwest coast and world-famous Cradle Mountain, both only an hour away, available as optional tours.
