How to Book for the Burnie Arts & Function Centre 2012 Subscription Season

Your booking form with payment/details must be submitted on or before 16 January 2012, after which the programs are put on sale to the general public.

SIX EASY STEPS

No joining fees. Minimum of one ticket to two different (or more) events* gets you all the benefits of our season!

*Apart from "Cooee Cabaret" which is a free event

Step 1
Choose your subscription package

  • Download the booking form and price comparison chart. Choose the shows you want to see and check the price comparison chart for ticket prices and your saving.
  • If you want to see them all you can buy a full subscription for all 17 events for $467.90 (Adult) or $378.40(Concession), that is a saving of $108 and $82 each! or you can design your own!
  • To design your own subscription package, you must choose at least two events from the Subscription Season for which you will receive 20% discount(10% for the TSO and David Strassman). You can also choose to buy up to three additional tickets for family and friends at the same discount.
  • After you have paid for your choices, as a subscriber you are entitled to 20% discount on any other performance within the season you want to see.

Step 2
Choose the perfomances you wish to attend

  • Tick the performance/s of your choice on the booking form.

Step 3
Fill in the booking form

  • Indicate the number and type of tickets you want
  • Add how much the tickets cost
  • Don’t forget to include all your personal details.

Step 4
Tell us how you want to pay

  • Please let us have your payment details.
  • And don’t forget to sign your form!

Step 5
Returning the booking form

  • You can do this by post, fax or in person!
  • Please also include proof of concession status (photocopies) or if you are making the booking in person, just show us your card(s).

Step 6
Check your ticket

  • Once you receive your tickets please do check the days, dates and performances. If there are any problems please let us know as soon as possible by phoning the box office on 03 6430 5850.
  • If everything is correct, don’t forget to mark it on your calendar or put it in your diary.
