'Colonial Afterlives', curated by Dr Sarah Thomas, brings contemporary responses to the complex legacies of British occupation from sixteen artists living in Australia, New Zealand, Jamaica, Barbados, Canada and Britain.

A Salamanca Arts Centre exhibition toured by Contemporary Art Tasmania.

The exhibition is supported by the Australian Government through Visions of Australia, assisted through Arts Tasmania by the Minister for the Arts, Hobart City Council and the CAT (Contemporary Art Tasmania) Exhibition Development Fund.
